APPLY FOR AID

HOW TO APPLY FOR TUITION ASSISTANCE

If you are interested in applying for Financial Aid, please review the process and steps below.

Please note that admission decisions are made independently of financial need, however, enrollment contracts will only be issued after the completion of your financial aid application.

Determine Family Contribution: Discuss and decide the maximum amount your family can contribute.

Apply: Visit the Smart Aid website, preferably by December 1, to complete the online application for financial aid. There is a $35 application fee. Detailed instructions are downloadable from the “Application Instructions” box on the right. If you have any questions during the process, you may reach Smart Aid at 800-360-8027, Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 12 AM and Saturday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time. As part of the Smart Aid application process, you will have to upload a variety of tax forms to verify the information entered is correct.

Qualify: Your demonstrated financial need, as determined by your Smart Aid Family Report and our Financial Aid Committee, will determine if you qualify for an award.

Be Selected: The amount of qualified applicants every year exceeds the annual tuition assistance budget. Qualifying for a financial aid award does not automatically mean your child will be selected.

Accept: If offered an award, your family will need to decide whether to accept or not.

After-School Care aid may be considered by the school for those who qualify for financial aid.

All awards are based on demonstrated financial need and may not be combined with one another.
