Extended Day Programs
We recognize that families have a variety of care needs during the week.
We offer several options for families to extend their child’s day at Advent.
Extended Care Options

Early Bird Breakfast Club is flexible drop-in program designed to make mornings easier for our busy families! Early Bird Club is available from 7:00 to 7:30 a.m. for a daily fee of $8. This fee includes a light breakfast to ensure our students start their day energized and ready to learn.

All students not participating in Early Bird Breakfast Club are welcome to arrive at school as early as 7:30 a.m., and the academic day begins at 8:00 a.m.
There is no additional fee for this option.

1. Available for students in Pre-Kindergarten-8th grade.
2. After-School Care begins at 3:30 p.m. for all students.
3. After-School Care ends promptly at 6:00 p.m.. If you are late picking up a child, you will be charged a fee of $10.00 per 5 minutes per child.
4. Full-time After-School Care is paid in advance along with tuition. If there is a change in daycare participation, the business office must have a written notification in the month prior to the change.

2. After-School Care begins at 3:30 p.m. for all students.
3. Part-time After-School Care is billed by the hour. There is no fractional time period, meaning any portion of an hour is rounded up.
4. After-School Care ends promptly at 6:00 p.m.. If you are late picking up a child, you will be charged a fee of $10.00 per 5 minutes per child.
5. Part-time After-School Care bills are invoiced on a monthly basis and are due on receipt.
12-Month Enrollment Options
The 12-Month Enrollment Option provides families with a combination of traditional academic day as well as AfterCare, Holiday Camp and 2025 ADVENTure Summer Day Camp at a discounted rate. Holiday Camp offers activities over most school holidays; however, it is only offered to students who enroll in the 12-Month Enrollment Option. Please note that if the 12-Month Enrollment Option is selected, the full discounted amount for AfterCare, Holiday Camp and 2025 ADVENTure Summer Day Camp will be due to the school and there is no ability to opt out. Students are eligible to participate in the 2025 ADVENTure Summer Day Camp without being enrolled in the 12-Month Enrollment Option.
